My husband and I began putting this together last night. The instructions have you start with the headboard part first. The wood is so flimsy and has a really hard time holding the screws so it kept falling apart and ripping out of the wood. I had to actuallyGlue them back in so they would hold correctly. Some of the pieces don’t line up all the way. The bolts don’t hold at all so it’s not tight and sturdy. We put the sliding doors on and they don’t even actually slide on the rail because nothing else lined up right so the doors just keep popping out of glide. Then might I add that this frame is very close to the ground. If you were to sit on the edge of it your knees would be bent almost like in squatting form. I was sooooooooooooo beyond frustrated trying to put this together that I gave up after the headboard and just mounted the headboard to the wall. I couldn’t even imagine what it be like trying to put the actual base of this together also. Definitely not worth the amount I paid for it. I’m pregnant and due any day so the hassle of taking this back apart, returning it, purchasing a different one, waiting for it, and building is just too much so I got stuck paying the $240+ shipping costs just to only use the headboard mounted to my wall. I’m extremely disappointed. I sent the seller a message and the customer service seemed to be decent but I just got so annoyed with the rest of this project that I gave up trying to hassle with it anymore.

I have always struggled, finding a California king size bed frame for our bedroom. One that is sturdy and doesn’t completely break down when one of my small dogs jumps on it. When I saw this bedframe, I fell in love with the design, but wasn’t sure how it would turn out.I must say this was one of the easiest beds to put together……Incredibly sturdy…… Adorable as can be….. and makes my room feel incredibly comfortable and special to me. I’ve always kept my bed on the ground and I now spent so much more time reading books and watching movies at the end of the day in this beautiful bed storage on it is so awesome, including the charging station, and it is firm when you put your mattress on so I sleep very well. Highly highly recommend this bedframe. You will not be disappointed!!

I was hesitant to buy this because there were no reviews on it yet and some of the wood was cheaply made , obviously by looking at the price. There were a few holes missing to put the screws into it and you have to pay attention to detail very well. But the bed turned out looking great and sturdy in the end!

Please don’t waste your money, this is a horrible purchase. And to top it all off I had to pay over a hundred bucks to return this garbage,
