I had been using The Ordinary's Granactive Retinoid and, though it works well, I didn't like the sticky texture which took ages to sink in. I'm so glad that I found this. It has a lovely silky texture which absorbs quickly and it smells incredible (probably the sweet orange oil)! It's vegan and not tested on animals and the ingredients are high quality and nearly all natural. I love that the main ingredient is aloe vera rather than water and that, alongside retinol (vitamin A), the serum also contains vitamin C and E and argan oil. This leaves my skin looking lovely and smooth immediately and when I wake up the next morning. Remember with retinol products you do need to be patient as it can be at least 12 weeks before you see any results and you may experience peeling and purging in that time. I had already used retinol products for many months before using this so only saw some very minor peeling around my mouth when first using this but I no longer experience this. I have noticed a reduction in fine lines and my overall skin tone and texture. I’m 34 and wanted a product that could slow down the aging process and keep my skin youthful and glowing. I was sceptical of this product at first because for a retinol product it was comparatively lower in price compared to some luxury brands. Previously I have tried 2% retinol products and all of them caused some irritation and skin peel to begin with,therefore, I had to build tolerance slowly. However, despite the claim that this product contains 3%retinol I have had no irritation at all! Perhaps because of the high content of aloe Vera which I assume calms the skin. My acne breakouts have significantly reduced since using the product and my makeup sits nicely on my skin. However, I have not noticed any difference to my fine lines at all. That said, it is a nice product that absorbs easily and comes nicely packaged. I didn’t receive an I formation leaflet with the product and there is no info on the bottle which was disappointing as I would have liked to have read the ingredients list and confirm the retinol percentage myself.

This is the best product I have found to suit my skin. Since I hit my forties I found I had combination skin. Acne on my neck, dry red skin around my nose, lines around my eyes. This serum has helped to improve all of this. I clean my skin and apply a few drops of serum every evening before bed then moisturise in the morning. Great improvement. I am very pleased. The bottle lasts a lot longer than I expected. Well worth the money. I have recommended this to both my sisters. Its great.

Feels lovely and absorbs well without being greasy.

I ordered this about half a year ago now. I’ve worn it every day and still have a fair amount left. It lasts so long, and I actually originally got it to slightly hydrate the skin as creams leave me feeling too greasy. And it works fairly okay for that (I eventually found a cream that works for me that I apply on top). However the reason I’m actually reviewing after all this time is because after a long period of quarantine when I couldn’t see my sister much, we got together and started discussing our latest skincare routines and I hadn’t yet mentioned this product, but she took a good look at my bare face and said she was amazed that many of my acne scars from when I was a teenager had noticeably reduced, that my skin looks so much clearer and healthy. Then I told her that it was due to this product which has retinol in. But that was a very great moment for me and I’m glad I’ve been using this daily for so long. So I am recommending solely on that. The serum generally doesn’t clog my pores, however if my skin’s having a bad day it can cause a couple of spots to appear, but that doesn’t happen often so it’s not really a problem. I don’t get as much acne now but if you are acne prone might not be the best product for you due to that. I’d also say because it makes the face appear shiny (not in a greasy way, but I would assume this is down to the hylauronic acid) it can appear to highlight imperfections like spots on a bad skin day. However applying a mattifying cream on top of the serum has now fixed this for me. One thing is that the bottle needs to be shaken before use... I’m actually surprised it’s worked for all this time as I’ve only just realised that it collects sediment at the bottom, but that’s nothing to be concerned about as it’s natural for an organic product. I will be buying more of this when I eventually run out. For me it’s been very worth it. My skin seems to like it which is rare for me. When I find a product that agrees with me I stick with it. And that is the case here.

Ho deciso di provare questo siero al retinolo in quanto è uno dei recensiti meglio su Amazon. In effetti il prodotto ha soddisfatto le esigenze ed è di buona qualità. L’essenza è quasi neutra, quindi non lascia alcun profumo che può disturbare. All’applicazione il siero è molto liquido e nell’immediato lascia la pelle umida. Si assorbe in un attimo lasciando una sensazione di freschezza e opacizzando la superficie. Non ingrassa la pelle ne la secca in modo eccessivo, dona una buona idratazione su pelli normali ma naturalmente non è una crema idratante. Credo che abbinato ad una buona crema idratante renda meglio ( del resto come gli altri sieri in circolazione ) però per questo siero in particolare non lo trovo indispensabile, va bene anche usato da solo. Il prodotto è BIOLOGICO e Made in Germany quindi sintomo di alta qualità e affidabilità. La bottiglia è da 100 ml e ha un’ottima durata. La spedizione è stata davvero celere e l’imballo era buono. Consiglio sicuramente l’acquisto di questo siero, di certo non fa miracoli, però si noterà di sicuro un cambiamento in positivo se usato in modo ricorrente e corretto. Come indica la confezione, consigliano di applicarlo 3 volte al giorno meglio se accompagnato da una crema idratante, da utilizzare dopo l’assorbimento del siero

Okay i’m not going to lie, the product does not smell good. It smells like some kind of a dried spice (like star anise kind of) but the smell goes away quickly and does not linger after it’s dried. More importantly the product WORKS. my skin was so smooth after using, and i have used other retinols before so believe me when i say this one stood out. I even made my bf try it (i’m mostly white with very high maintenance skin needs, he is half black half white with normal maintenance and oily skin). He was glowing, sometimes his skin gets ashy and he looks grey almost, this stuff not only didnt turn him grey but it made his honey undertones shine. Honestly not fair~ but its worth a try for a wide range of skin types if u can get past the spicy smell lol. (Like a 3/10 on how bad the smell is imo. He didnt seem to notice at all 🙄 boys….)

Auf der Suche nach einem Produkt gegen Fältchen und zur Linderung von Pigmentflecken bin ich auf das Bio Retinol Serum von Satin Naturel gestoßen. Es enthält zum einen hochwertige Inhaltsstoffe (teilweise) aus biologischem Anbau und zum anderen wird es trotzdem noch zu einem erschwinglichen Preis angeboten. Was mir ebenfalls wichtig war: Das Serum wird in Deutschland hergestellt und ist dermatologisch getestet. ANWENDUNG: 1-3 Pumpstöße auf die gereinigt und leicht feuchte Haut auftragen und danach eine Feuchtigkeitscreme verwenden. Zur Zeit nutze es wie vom Hersteller empfohlen nur abends. Für Gesicht, Hals und Dekolleté benötige ich 3 Pumpstöße. Das Serum hat eine leicht gelbliche Färbung, ist etwas dünnflüssiger als ein Gel und zieht direkt ein. Es spendet der Haut allerdings keine langanhaltende Feuchtigkeit, sondern verleiht ihr eher einen kurzen Frischekick. Deshalb verwende ich danach wie gewohnt meine bisherige Nachtcreme. Mein einziger Kritikpunkt ist: Das Serum duftet nicht besonders gut... Man merkt eindeutig, dass es parfümfrei ist und so duftet es eben auch. Ich würde mich deshalb über einen zusätzlichen aber dezenten, natürlichen Duftstoff sehr freuen! Allerdings ist der jetzige Duft des Serums auch nur sehr kurzweilig und spätestens nach dem Auftragen meiner Nachtcreme wieder verschwunden. Da der Duft hier für mich nicht ausschlaggebend ist und er schnell wieder verfliegt, habe ich dafür auch keinen Stern abgezogen. Das Serum kommt in einer dunklen Gasflasche (wodurch die Inhaltsstoffe geschützt werden sollen) und enthält einen Pumpsender, durch den es sich genau dosieren lässt. Nach Auskunft des wirklich sehr freundlichen Kubndendienstes, sollte es an einem kühlen Ort bei Temperaturen bis max. 18 Grad aufbewahrt werden. Für einen besonders frischen und kühlenden Effekt kann man es auch im Kühlschrank aufbewahren, was aber ansonsten nicht erforderlich ist. Als Prime-Produkt wurde es super schnell verschickt, war sicher verpackt und kam bereits am nächsten Tag bei mir an. FAZIT: Bis jetzt vertrage ich dieses Serum sehr gut und wenn ich abends im Bett liege, habe ich noch kurze Zeit ein angenehmes Kribbeln auf der Haut - als würde das Serum auf ihr arbeiten. Den Duft finde ich jedoch etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig - zum Glück hält er aber nicht lange an. 😉 Ich bin gespannt wie es in nächster Zeit auf meine Haut wirkt und was sich verändern wird! Bis jetzt bin ich total zufrieden und es hat das beste Preis-Leistung-Verhältnis, das ich gefunden habe! Bis jetzt kann ich es eindeutig weiter empfehlen. =)
