After taking several times there is a noticeable energy boost that occurs within an hour after consumption. You will feel sharper, Fatigue will subside, endurance will increase, and energy will take over you sometimes to much especially if close to bedtime. Would recommend 1x a day for a week then increase to 2x if needed. I can confirm the benefits are real, I am a healthy 22 year old for reference and even I notice a change in my physiology! I usually mix the powder in homemade encapsulated health supplements and find it to be very beneficial. However, these ginseng softgels still get the job done as an overall tonic, helping to protect the body against disease.
