Do the tips fall off?

No they did not. No trouble with this item. Beautiful color metallic. Great on wet hair too.

Do fingerprints stay on the finish?

No. Although the finish is "shinier" (like a mirror finish) than I thought it was going to be, I've had no issues with fingerprints at all (dry and/or wet clean hands).

What's the size of the brush?

In this case size doesn't matter. I had to throw it away because of its odor. I tried washing it. I tried airing it out. Nothing worked. I DO NOT recommend this brush!
