Repeat buyer, this is a good quality cheesecloth, it’s fine enough to get most jobs done and unbleached for your safety and health. I wrapped a prime rib for Christmas and dried it out before cooking. I also use it to strain various vegetables when I make colored pasta. Like baking twine it’s handy in and out of the kitchen for all kinds of tasks.

I have bought this several times, and at least 2 years in a row in order to have "serious" cheese cloth for a traditional cheese dessert I make for Pascha (or Easter) each year. The weave is very close, and I do not need to double or triple the cloth to keep the cheese contained. This product is so much better than your standard "grocery store" cheese cloth. I do not make a lot of cheese, but this worked great to make "Farmer's cheese" or Tvorog, and Pashka cheese. I would highly recommend. Great quality, and reusable!

The weave on the product is very good. I have used it in a variety of ways and there hasn’t been a problem. I have cut it for various uses; such as a bouquet garni, tea bag, as well as strain for oils, milk, etc. I found I don’t need to double it and only do so for Greek yogurt. I also like that it is very easy to clean. I rinse it & then use it in my sanitizing solution. I definitely recommend this product for its material, ease of use, and price value.

I recently decided to try out book binding & saw that this was one of the items i needed. After looking around i decided to buy this one, it came with a big amount for such a good price!! The quality is fantastic and it came so quickly. I’ve even recommended this to my friends who have decided to try out book binding. Of course you can use this for other purposes as well.
