I ordered 3 letters for my wedding. The letter “E” that I received was much dimmer than the others for some reason. I reached out to the seller and they sent a replacement immediately, which arrived in just a couple days. The replacement works perfect! Can’t wait to use them on our wedding day.

Can’t order the letter T. Every other letter comes beautifully

I love these letters. They’re really bright once turned off but my only complaint is if you try to order the letter T they’re going to send you the letter r. I ordered three letters from them and each time I needed the letter t they sent a letter r. I just stopped trying altogether to get the letter T from these guys
