I think it's 12/10/8/6 mm. The smallest one - I threw out, too tiny for lip. The second smallest I gift to a friend for her nose (too small for my lip). The one that works perfectly is 10 mm, 3rd size up. I sometimes wear the 12, kinda in diagonally, but it's uncomfortable eating with it.
