Reviewing this after using for about 45 days. Possibly one of the best baby monitors out there. It is worth spending that extra few thousand rupees. Why? Because of the following: 1. Can connect directly to multiple mobile phones. You and your spouse can see it from office or from the next room. 2. You can talk to the nanny directly from the cam. 3. You can hear clearly if your baby cries. Infact the sound is extremely sensitive. Even careful door open or closing which won't disturb the baby, is still picked up on the app. 4. It has motion tracking. Even your curtain movement will be notified. Can get irritating but you can turn motion tracking off and then adjust the camera angle from the app as you like. 5. Has excellent night vision. 6. Notifies you if there is movement, sound or baby cry. Notifications can get irritating for some. 7. You can get cloud storage and also store on a local memory card. Or even record video via their mobile app. 8. Have noted extremely little lag at times. Possibly around 1-2 seconds. 9. It has a wide coverage angle. So even if you don't install it at the top corner of the room and just keep it in front of the bed or some other corner, it will still give an extremely good coverage. And its motion tracking can also cover almost entire room. 10. It is plug and play. If you don't want to involve an electrician and your socket is close to a good vantage point which can cover the entire room, you can directly plug and charge it like a mobile. Also makes it portable. We have used it to monitor her play area and bedroom and even used it when we went out for vacation. Cons: 1. It needs constant power. Therefore, your nanny or baby can turn it off if she knows the switch. Therefore it isn't for all. 2. You need to keep your app constantly open for all the above. So be ready with a battery backup for your mobile. Hence, it may not be for you if you have only one mobile. You might prefer a camera with a dedicated screen for this primary reason.

This is a fantastic baby monitor. Keep the camera near children. Install the app on the phone and monitor children from anywhere. The resolution including night vision when lights are off is very good. From your phone itself you can move the camera vision in different directions. Very compact and very easy to install. You can hear the audio also and can speak on you phone which would be audible in the camera to the Nanny for giving instructions. Happy with the product.

We were so hopeful about this product and really wanted to like it but after using it for 6 months- I think we are just going to discard it. The camera has good night vision but that’s about it. 1. The sound detection is terrible! We use a white noise machine for our kid and we would expect that the camera detects a CHANGE in the sound. No, it says sound detected every minute! I kid you not, every minute! By morning, Nooie has over 200 notifications! So we finally had to turn sound detection off because our phones would just go off all night every minute. 2. This means that we had to use our phone as a monitor - for 10 hours! You can imagine the drain on the battery. The camera unfortunately doesn’t come with support for a display so our phones were on all night now. Goodbye sleep! 3. The camera app supports pan and zoom - supposedly. But you swipe and swipe - the camera doesn’t respond. And suddenly it will just move and move and move and show us the wall! No matter how lightly I touch my screen, the app either doesn’t move the camera all or just moves it 180 degrees! The customer service people did try their best - they did hardware updates, they were very responsive to our emails but they cannot fix poor hardware I guess. DON’T BUY THIS IF YOU VALUE YOUR SANITY.

Motion and sound detection is very accurate. So accurate thay even if a curtain moves in the room, it’ll send you an alert. I would personally recommend to keep a separate phone if you continuously want to keep a watch on the baby. Notifications work even if you close the app or are on a call. Overall a good product and worth of money.

While the outside package was okay, the inside box had its sticker removed. This will impact product warranty. If the product does not work for any reason while installing it (installation by Urban Company) then it could be due to box tampering.

Prompt customer support.

It does help however its not wireless. You need continous power connection.. Also, it does take time to load video. Not worth the cost..
