This Theo chocolate is great.
This Theo chocolate is great, our 2nd favorite next to French Valrhona, which we used to be able to get at Trader Joe's for relatively little $$$ (sigh, no longer). I read of a recent blind chocolate taste test in which this Theo was the highest rated of the 6 or 7 tested.

Great Tasting Dark Chocolate
This is some delicious dark chocolate with the perfect sugar to cocoa combination. Not too bitter from the 70% cocoa and not too sweet from the sugar. What's more, it's organic, vegan and fair trade certified. I bought this in the bulk size not only because I love chocolate more than my family, but also because a small serving of dark chocolate every day is supposedly good for your heart. I cherish that moment each day. Be sure to really chew and grind the dark chocolate down to a liquid consistency to get the full flavor out. Your taste buds will thank you! UPDATE 12-24-12: I bought another box of this chocolate and the flavor was very different and not nearly as good as my first box. I'm removing one star since perhaps this a fluke.

Excellent Quality chocolate
I liked the taste - excellent tasting chocolate - nicely packaged - used it in making a Tofu chocolate pudding dessert which tasted amazing and I believe it was because I used Theo chocolate melted made pudding taste like a fudge brownie mousse! Delicious chocolate! Great company!

Know what you are getting before you but this
Dark chocolate can contain high levels of lead and cadmium. Even organic dark chocolate can be problematic. We really liked the taste and texture of this dark chocolate, but ran into info that suggests that this brand contains higher levels of lead and cadmium than others. We purchased a 12 pack online before we knew about the levels and cannot return it due to the refund policy. Whole Foods allowed us to return the bars we purchased from them directly. Chesavage v.
