Tried a couple other brands after buying my Philips 5500 espresso machine, but stuck with this after the first cup. It has a somewhat sweet, chocolate taste that I was looking for, with a nice crema. I've gone through 3 bags since August and I just ordered 5 more bags while it was on sale. One bag is going to a friend who loved it after trying it.

This one quickly became a favorite for me. The flavor is rich and smooth, and it has that slightly chocolatey espresso-style profile that works really well in the morning. This is our go to brand. We have several of the varieties Lavazza offers. It is a widely known European brand. We like this one because it is designed for milk drinks which is nice because we use half and half in our coffee. This coffee is frothy. It has a rich taste, color and aroma. It is not overly acidic. We start our day with a cup of this exceptional brew. It represents a good value for us because we only have one cup per day. It’s easy to use and very compatible to our taste buds.

I tried another version of this coffee and it was just too mild. I had to mix it with another coffee so there was depth and punch. This one is very nice. Gives the depth of flavor and strength you want in your espresso. Will purchase again.

This coffee is a decent medium. It has pretty decent floral aromatics, and good body. The lingering taste doesn't seem to be very special to me. I like to know I had a good cup of coffee because I the taste stays with me. I got the bean and am satisfied with it. There are better tasting mediums for my money.
