What is the amount of ginger and turmeric powder per capsule in teaspoons? Thanks

1440mg of pure natural curcumin enriched turmeric, with an added 60mg of Ginger and 20mg of Black Pepper - basically very little when you consider the size of the capsule compared to the size of a teaspoon

Are these Sugar free?

Yes sugar is not listed in ingredients list. I have been taking these for many years.
