We have a Toto toilet that was leaking. This fit perfectly and fixed the problem. Seal was tight, easy to install for a novice. Seems to be as durable as the original old one.

I built my own house and put in 3 Toto Aquia one piece toilets and 1 Toto Aquia two piece toilet. They look great, but I’ve been really disappointed in how they function right from the beginning. They have been prone to leaking and running constantly and just a huge disappointment considering how much I paid for them. I called Toto to complain about 2 of the 4 toilets, and they sent me free of charge, 2 new original TOTO THU338N, as replacements. They worked and resolved the leaking problem. It’s been almost 10 years, but a few months ago, that same leaking problem started, so I tried replacing the rubber gaskets and parts but nothing seemed to work so I bought this off brand product and replaced the whole assembly with it. It fits and works like the original Yes you can try replacing the gasket and other rubber parts that wear out over time that cost $10+ when you include the shipping, but for $25 for the whole assembly, with all the rubber parts, it’s really the better way to go. Save yourself the hassle and just buy and replace the whole assembly from the beginning. I’m going to buy a couple more just to have, who knows what they will cost in the future.

At first, I thought this unit wouldn’t work on my Toto one piece dual flush. It seemed to be made for a lid where the flush buttons were stacked front to back. I needed side by side. But upon further inspection I realized the top part of the unit can be locked down by rotating it in either direction. One does side by side, the other way does front to back. Works like a charm. Easy install.

It was had to find good info on the web, but I took a chance and it paid off, this fit my Swiss Madison 1 piece toilet perfectly and solved my running toilet problem. at this price I should buy another and store it for future replacement

Works like a dream 15 minute fix after hours trying something else

I am having issue with water leaking from where tank attaches to bottom toilet. Need to try different size rubber seal. If that doesn’t work, I will return this valve. I notice what is different, not threads sticking through ceramic hole. Our previous pump with threads would stick inside rubber, no gaps. I question this design works for my toilet. TBD. Instructions bad and no video. Need to provide troubleshooting information.
