It works for joint pain
Delicious and fresh! I have about 2 teaspoons every morning on my toast. I was dealing with a lot of joint pain in my hands and hadn't be able to work on my painting for quite some time. I would wake up up every morning with stiff fingers that would ache all day long. Every morning I wake up to zero joint pain and have started working on my art projects once again!!! I had been purchasing bee pollen from the local co-op but they charged $1.90 per oz!!! This company is organic and more cost effective.

First kind I have bought
At the time I got it the price was good, and I wanted to try it, I don't know if we have any of the health benefits that are supposed to go along with eating this, but the flavor is pretty good. I have to sprinkle it on things I can't eat it straight. But I like the texture it adds to yogurt, and I mix it in with granola and dried fruit.

Good product
I went to Spain and they had bee pollen at their breakfast buffet. I love it in my coffee or yor guru. It so good for you! Tastes great!

too large I have to grind it in a coffee grinder then it works good
pollen is too large I have to grind it to a powder to put in my dogs food and my smoothies and other foods.

it’s ok
bought this because fresh bee pollen in hawaii is very expensive but the quality is top shelf. i’m use to having really good quality pollen. this bee pollen is just ok for me. it is a really good deal but not for me.
