The device was easy to connect. It took me 2 minutes and it was up and running. It has 2 USB ports and comes with a cable with 3 prongs for different devices. My IPhone 8 Plus fit perfect and it charges as I ride the motorcycle. I almost ordered the original device for almost $1k but this little adaptor is all that is needed. Excellent!

Excellent product. Very easy installation and fits BMW seamlessly. Charges phone well. Very solid attachment the phone, requires two hands to attach and detach phone (iPhone 8s, but would work well for any phone this width or narrower)

They only thing thats seems iffy to me is something is lose rattling inside it and on of the charging ports seems to be intermittent but other than that is great and it only really works with normal size phones

This is the third time I have tried this item, the last two under the same seller’s name. None of the three mounts reliably powered my phone. They all clicked and fit very nicely into my BMW F900XR GPS mount, and held my phone securely, their included usb cable does work, I tested on outlet in my house, HOWEVER the connection to power via the gold contact points on the back did not fit close enough to the contact points in the bike on any of the 3 adapters I bought to power my phone which was pretty much the point of buying the mount. If I squeezed this mount with my hand into the mount on the bike, it would make a connection and charge the phone. When I let off the pressure with my hand the contact points disconnected and no more charging. Buyer beware. I tried this item from this seller twice and didn’t work. I tried the same item under a different sellers name, same result. If the phone charging actually worked it would be a great usb charger and phone holder for BMW factory gps mounts. But mine didn’t , x3. It seemed like such a good solution that I thought, maybe I got a lemon, I’ll return and try again. Nope. All three can’t charge and do not maintain contact with the contacts points for power.

Solid attachment to stock BMW mount. Holding an old iphone 7 Pro that I use for navigation. That phone does not have wireless charging so not sure how that feature works but the usb port works great and the cable stays in place.

- My phone Samsung S21 Ultra fits nicely, that spring loaded thing extends far enough. - Camera cutouts is not enough for my phone. I'm not taking any pictures on the motorcycle so I don't care but still. The cut is oriented wrong, camera lenses are the other way - rotate that cut 90 degrees and it will fit. I don't know how they mis-calculated that :-D - The pins on the back line up perfectly with the Garmin (Nav VI) mount's pins but somehow there's no power delivery. I connected a USB cable to the output and plugged it to the phone and there was nothing. Maybe there's a thin film on the connections? No-contact? Again, I don't mind, because the motorcycle's USB output is literally right there. So, overall, you get a nicely built, safe phone mount that you can mount on top of your Nav VI mount. And why would you do that? Because you need Google maps in NY to monitor traffic situation! :-)) I would say, for $27, this is as good as it gets. But I removed two stars because of the pins and the cutout's orientation.

Well, it’s easy to install and looks great. The problem is, the clip that keep the phone in place pushes on the lower volume button so I can’t listen to music. I tried different ways but nothing worked. I’m pretty disappointed because I was looking forward to it. If anyone had a solution please let me know. I have iPhoto 15 max.

Doesn't work. Pins only connect when the mount is pushed against the cradle. Works great as a phone holder but it's a very expensive option for this.

Pero no soporta un IPhone con carcasa es necesario quitar la carcasa para que entre en el espacio sugerido ..no lo uso más..y no lo recomiendo para usarlo con protección de Cel o carcasa protectora sin esto se queda desnudo el iPhone pero trabaja y se expone a daño

Fits super well on the original BMW mount and USB power/connector works too but on the other hand, it presses the volume down and power buttons on the iPhone, unfortunately

Perfect fit for BMW F900 GS Adventure..

So far so good. I installed the holder on my 1250GS Adventure in about 2 minutes. Lock the Samsung S24 in, installed a USB-A to USB-C wire and voilà, all is working fine. For serious off-roading, I would probably add a strap around the phone to avoid the risk of dropping it. But no problems on gravel or light off-roading. Can't beat what you get for the price.
