My wife and I are getting heavily into all things Japanese (especially cuisine) and have been cooking and preparing a lot of sushi of various types. We wanted to make up a picnic of sushi and other Japanese snacks (to make a change from sausage rolls etc) do thought that we would buy one of these. It is, of course, ideal for the job, with two liquid tight containers of a good size, also a set of utensils in the lid (some chopsticks would have been ideal though) also a couple of small lidded containers for sesame seeds, soy sauce or wasabi for dips. Will buy another as I think ideally this is large enough for one small lunch each or one large lunch for one person. Nice quality, looks really neat, can't wait to try it out. Itadakimasu!

Literally the only downside to this is it's quite big but as it's leakproof with proper silicone seals you don't need to use the bottom half. You can just use the top half and leave the bottom at home and it stays together. Dividers work well, the sauce pots are a good size and good quality. The bamboo was worth the extra money just to have bamboo cutlery with it, really nice to eat off rather than plastic.

You can get a lot of food in a small space with this box. I like to use one layer for the main (a rice or pasta dish in my case) and the other for pudding (chocolate-spread sandwich anyone?) Certainly, if you are on a long car journey or want the box for your office lunch, you will get in enough food to keep you happy. BUT, I knock off a star because of that sauce pot. Others have said that it doesn't fit, and they are right. It's not that I actually use the sauce bottle, but I am still knocking off that fifth star because, well, you buy a product like this because you like everything just so. You want perfection. You want to arrange your food neatly in those little compartments and maybe make some beautiful nori rolls. You lovingly wrap the box in the neat elastic band and marvel at the watertight seals of both layers. You stroke your box and whisper sweet nothings to it. But if you can't use the sauce pot and get the lid on properly, you are distraught. If, like me, you solve the problem by pretending that sauce pot was never there, then fine. But if you need the watertight seal AND the sauce pot at the same time, then go ahead and cry. Here's a tissue. You have my deepest sympathy.

Absolutely wonderful bentō!! I love it. The bamboo top makes the product look elegant with a modern touch to a traditional design. But more importantly - easy to clean, 2 removeable dividers, beautiful reusable cutlery and 2 mini pots that fit neatly in either compartment. For those wondering: yes, you can fit 2 sandwhiches in there! Just cut them diagonally. Utensils are wooden and the elastic band holding both together can be used on 2 boxes or just 1. Use the band length-wise along one container if you don't need to carry two. I have ordered more!

So i bought this Apri 2020 and started making my own lunches due to lockdown and wanting to save money. It encouraged me to cook helathy stir-frys and do some bento meals. I can put rice veg and some salmon in the bottom one. I can put some snack stuff and the little pot with soy sauce on the top. I think its worth it. I haven't tested out if its leak proof so have kept it level in my lovely lunch bag. The cutlery is good quality but also wish it came with little chopsticks (you eat slower). I have added a strong rubber band as I find the band it comes with isnt tight enough. My boss at work has one too and he wraps his around twice. I'd rather not as I dont think its looks nice.

Exactly what I was after! Great size bento box (L), good for portion sizes, with the addition of the section dividers being very useful! This is a great all-in-one to have for work / when you are going to be out all day and want to be healthy (or not end up yamming whichever store-bought food(s) end up nearest to your growling belly…). Easy to clean; Looks really neat, clean and fresh (bamboo on white). Very sturdy and feels well-made; excellent due to the past experience of bendy boxes that like to pop their lid off when they feel like it, offering a lovely surprise in the bottom of your bag! The seals, both on each section and having the tie around it, have made sure food / food juice doesn’t try to abandon the box. Final great point is the handy dressing pot! Such a simple but genius idea. Very pleased with my bento box, I would recommend for all the above reasons. Glad I paid that little extra rather than settling for the other budget ones. It is very much a keeper and will be a daily part of my life now! Happy :)

It's a great little box, perfect for meals for one. It's a little bit of false advertising as it states there are 2 sauce pots (there is only 1) and there is also 4 pieces of cutlery (there are only 3). The quality is about a 4/5 - the top lid needs to be held on by the elastic banding that goes around the box, so I would be careful not to lose that! Another negative is that the 2 dividers - 1 of them is a bit loose and doesn't stand up on it's own which is quite annoying. The other one is fine. I love the cute little sauce pot, it's so tiny and perfect for guac or syrups - good seal around it so it won't leak. It's a shame there's only 1. The colour I chose was white to match my new travel cup, it looks really good so I'm happy about that.

Super Produkt. Tolle Aufteilung. Es passt alles hinein was man für Frühstück und Mittagspause so benötigt. Spülmaschinen und Mikrowellen geeignet. Sieht außerdem noch sehr schön aus. Wurde von meinen Arbeitskollegen schon öfters drauf angesprochen.

Es ist nicht komplett auflaufsicher aber für nicht flüssige Sache 👍top

Die Box war mein Weihnachtsgeschenk für meinen Mann. Er benutzt sie regelmäßig und ist von der Qualität sehr überzeugt.

Ho visto utilizzare un prodotto del genere ad alcuni colleghi. Ho fatto una ricerca e la mia scelta è caduta su questo portapranzo. Finora nessun problema, a differenza di altri prodotti che ho usato in precedenza e che hanno perso un po' del contenuto macchiando il contenitore del pranzo. Comodo, nessuna perdita, facile da pulire, anche carino da vedere. Peccato per le posate in plastica, sarebbe stato perfetto, pe me, se fossero state in metallo. Lo uso con entrambi i comparti o anche con un solo "ripiano", mettendo l'elastico nel verso contrario di quando lo uso al completo.

Tolle Lunchbox fürs Büro, selbst nach 4 Jahren benutze ich die immer noch super gerne. Kann in Geschirrspüler gelegt werden, verzieht sich nicht oder verfärbt. Durch das Besteck und die beigefügten Trenner kann man super unterwegs einfach mehrere Sachen einpacken.
