When our place was having rennovations, we couldn't move the water machine, so we bought this to bring with us to our hotel with a 5 gallon water bottle. Works like a charm! So well, I bought one for work to fill up our Keurig coffee machine!

Bought this for a camping trip so we could bring large bottles and have a sink spout right at our site. This was perfect and SO helpful! We were able to wash dishes and fill waterbottles with ease. Fully charged in a hour or so, and we didn't have to charge it again for the entire extra long weekend, so it definitely holds the charge well. There was no noticeable taste or smell, and while it does make some noise, it's minimal and not a big deal. We got through the weekend without issue, and were able to dry it out and put it away with the camping gear for the next one - so I would say it did its job well and was durable enough to make it through a rugged weekend in the woods with a lot of daily use (there were about 15 of us using it for washing/filling multiple times per day). Great purchase overall.

Was great while it lasted, but after 2 years of sporadic usage it will no longer charge and needs to be replaced.

It might be noisy but I have used this easily on road trips and have gifted it to numerous people that care about their water. Honestly, highly recommend. For the price..... AMAZING

Purchased in 2023 and stopped working in December 2025 (just under two years). The seller stated the battery had worn out. While that may be expected over time, buyers should be informed upfront that the battery will likely need replacement after about a year. That said, the main reason for this review is the customer service. There was no apology, no empathy, and no follow-up after I requested a replacement pump or battery. Because of the lack of support and communication, I would not recommend this seller. Consider purchasing from someone with better customer service and a clear warranty policy.

This pump is nice. I read a lot of reviews saying it only stays on for about a minute. That is true if you just press it and let go to turn it on but if you hold for 3sec then it will stay on continuously which is great! It gives a constant stream that gives a light rainfall. It does t fill the entire top portion so the rain fall isn't as much as if you pour a cup into the top. But the kids don't seem to care they just like it. Also, I didn't drill a hole in the thing. I just pinched the tube together and threaded it through the hole that was already there. It works great and is sturdy enough for my 3yr old to push the button on it without it falling over. If I drilled a hole it might come out a little faster and give a better rain fall. Overall it's lovely and a cheap addition to our summer fun.

Works well

This pump works good until it doesn’t. I bought one in January 2024 which just flat out stopped working and had to purchase another in June 2024 and this one just went out (February 2026) the motor sounds good but it’s just not pulling water anymore. I get that it’s only $12/$13 but it’s aggravating having to repurchase. I will be looking for a different pump.

Bought this one off Amazon and another one the same at a local store on sale for less. I charge one while using the other one, so I never have to wait for charging to complete to use it again.

Had to wait for a week for delivery and received a damaged product

Works perfect for the 5 gallon, our water dispenser decided to kick the bucket. The one that we wanted from Costco is currently out of stock and pick this up for temporary use until we could get a new water dispenser. Exactly as described works like a charm. Will be using this when I'll go camping in the summertime
