How should a snow helmet fit?

Your snow helmet should fit snugly without being too tight. It should sit level on your head, covering your forehead but not obstructing vision. The helmet shouldn't move when you shake your head.

How long do ski helmets last?

Ski helmets last about 3 to 5 years, depending on usage and care. Over time, sunlight, temperature changes, and regular wear can degrade protective materials. If your helmet is in a significant impact or shows signs of damage, replace immediately.

Are Smith helmets good for snowboarding?

Yes! Ski and snowboard helmets are basically the same and are often used interchangeably. Both are designed to provide essential protection on the slopes.

Do Smith helmets have adjustable straps?

Yes, Smith snow helmets feature adjustable straps for a precise fit. Your chin strap should be adjusted securely yet comfortably.

Do all goggles integrate with Smith helmets?

ALL Smith snow goggles integrate with Smith helmets. For maximum comfort, safety, and fog-free performance, pair Smith snow goggles with a Smith snow helmet. Our helmets are designed to be worn with MOST snow goggles.
