Do you receive 2 headbands?

Yes, it's a tad annoying that the picture shows two... its really only one that is reversible. :/ they should make this more clear because i paid 15 bucks for 1 headband... seems expensive...

Can anyone tell me the circumference of this item? How big it is prior to being stretched?

I purchased it for my 10 year old grandson and it fit him well. Not sure his head size- average , I would say.
