This water pot is really good.. have been using this for so many months every morning cleaning with just water and filling up pot for whole day .. it’s super nice . I highly recommend this pot! Thank you village decor

Bought this as a gift. Extremely refreshing to drink from. I found that i needed to soak it overnight for 24 hours before use. Also, the white mould stuff is normal, you just scrub it softly with salt to remove it every now and then. Easy to install as well and the packaging, felt like a game of pass the parcel.

The finish is very good. We bought this a year ago because we wanted a matka with a metal tap (instead of the usual plastic). After a few months of careful usage a huge crack appeared around the middle of the pot and water was leaking. To the credit of the manufacturer, they sorted out the issue by sending a replacement. But after a few months, the 2nd pot also developed a crack, this time near the tap and water was leaking continuously. This time no resolution from the manufacturer, with the reason that this product does not have any guarantee or warranty. Sharing pics of the 2nd issue. So definitely NOT WORTH THE PRICE.
