If this is for press on watch backs, then why do they show a screw on back watch in the picture?

As of the date of Sunday March 3 2019 it seems to me that the picture/pictures are now changed to show the right kind of watch, ps, this tool works great = as with all tools be gentle when using, it will last for a long time.

What kind of material is the press made from? cast iron? aluminum? plastic? thanks.

The handle is aluminum, the blue portion appears to be pot metal and the disks are hard plastic. For the price, it is reasonanly sturdy.

Does the zacro die open a invicta grand lupah

The watch press does not open watches. It only closes themy. As for the watch press being able to close the Invicta grand lupah, I have no knowledge of that watch, but I am pretty sure it can close it. Unfortunately, my watch press came with no instrucations so I searched YouTube and found excellent instructions.

Any experienced person here recommend this one with handle or another one that comes in screw type press?

Can't tell you about the screw in press, but I've used this several times. It worked great on one of my watches which has a back that is impossible to press in place by hand. If you set it up correctly, it was a breeze to use. Very happy with it.
