Extra Large CORIAN Cutting Board, Juice Groove Board, Style #11

This cutting board is sturdy and stable. It’s got a nice weight to it and a good amount of those things of the back that keep it from sliding on the counter. It looks really good and doesn’t seem to scratch so far. It cleans easily. I have put it in the dishwasher a couple times without issue but now I hand wash it just to make sure it lasts. I love it and everyone else who’s used it does too!

I like the large size of this cutting board for cutting onions and vegetables. It is heavy duty, and weighs more than comparable sized wooden or bamboo boards. It cleans up easily with soap and water to leave no onion or garlic odors or taste on it. Knives do leave tiny scratch on the board surface, which are easily wet-sanded smooth using 400 to 1000 wet-dry sandpaper.

Sturdy, good working space, easy clean-up, fits well for storage. Pricey, but satisfying good buy, Would highly recommend.

I'm very pleased with my cutting board. I had been using one in my former home that had a Corian countertop. My new home has a granite countertop but no cutting board so I was happy to be able to order one.
