Good price and easy to swallow

This is hands-down the best B-complex I’ve found, and I’ve tried many over the years. Most B-complexes are massively overdosed and feel like an energy drink in supplement form. This one is different. The doses are low, balanced, and actually usable on a daily basis without making me feel wired or jittery. A huge plus is that one serving is split into two tablets, which lets me take just one for a true maintenance dose. That flexibility is rare and incredibly helpful if you’re sensitive to higher doses. I also prefer the tablet form over capsules — it feels more gradual and steady rather than hitting all at once. No spike, no crash. Most importantly, this is the only B-complex that supports energy and focus without overstimulation, even later in the day. Special note to Ingennus: I sure hope this product never discontinues or changes in dose/form or formula. This is the only B-complex that works for me without negative side effects. Highly recommended for anyone who wants B-vitamin support without the “wired” feeling.

I used to buy another brand. This is a reasonably priced choice. It was also important to me to have a small pill and this one is tiny.

I am compound heterozygous (MTHFR ). Which is normally not a huge deal, but I also have a history of stroke and autoimmune activity as well as activated Epstein-Barr virus. It becomes a little more important to get the right B complex. If you are experiencing non-stop fatigue and cannot figure out why definitely ask your doctor about Epstein-Barr virus and getting tested along with having a test for MTHFR. I exhausted the other options and finally may have my answer. It seems that Covid may have reactivated my Epstein-Barr virus, which should remain dormant after having mono when I was a teenager 30 years ago. I was going to go with a different company until I realized that they had a different form of B6 then was ideal for someone with MTHFR. This brand has the form I wanted. Here is why: Confirm B6 Form If the label just says “Pyridoxine” or “Vitamin B6” without specifying P-5-P, then it’s likely the inactive form (pyridoxine HCl). • Some people with MTHFR (or impaired liver detox) don’t convert pyridoxine well. • Look for P-5-P (pyridoxal-5-phosphate) — it’s gentler, active, and more effective for reducing homocysteine. Watch for Niacin Form & Dose • If it contains nicotinic acid, high doses can use up methyl groups and cause “niacin flush” • If it’s niacinamide or in small amounts, it’s usually fine • You don’t have to avoid it — just good to be aware, especially if you ever feel flushed or tired after taking it 👀 this brand has the no flush niacin😁 If you are positive for MTHFR be sure to research these things. I was pleased to find that this is a good choice. I have just started taking it for a couple of weeks. It is yellow of course I do not chew it so I do not know what the taste is, but it is fairly quick and I just take two at a time. It does say you can take them at two separate times. Quick and easy great choices. Using the proper forms of B vitamins—especially 5-MTHF (methylfolate)—is essential for people with MTHFR mutations because their bodies can’t efficiently convert synthetic folic acid into the active form needed for methylation. Taking methylated forms (like 5-MTHF and methylcobalamin) bypasses the genetic bottleneck, allowing the body to process nutrients, detoxify properly, and regulate homocysteine levels more effectively. 📝 I will update in a couple of months to see what results I get.

Les dosages peuvent sembler élevés, mais il faut savoir que les Apports Journaliers Recommandés sont fixés arbitrairement (raison pour laquelle ils varient beaucoup d'un pays à l'autre) et largement sous-estimés. De plus, avec la vie moderne, la pollution, l'alimentation carencée, nos besoins augmentent. Pour les personnes en mauvaise santé, tout ceci est encore plus vrai ! J'apprécie que ce produit propose l'ensemble du spectre des vitamines du groupe B sans ajout de minéraux (comme dans de nombreux suppléments vitaminiques du marché), dont certains peuvent être problématiques, voire nuisibles par leur côté oxydant. La forme méthylée est ce qui se fait de mieux pour une absorption optimale au vu des connaissances actuelles. Enfin, je lis dans les commentaires quelques plaintes relevant des effets secondaires. Cependant, il faut savoir qu'une telle cure, en relançant certains processus physiologiques stoppés par des carences, peut provoquer des symptômes de détoxification négatifs. Le mieux dans ce cas est d'y aller prudemment en réduisant les doses, voire en faisant des pauses. Chacun doit bien évidemment écouter son corps et, si nécessaire demander l'avis d'un professionnel de santé.

Good value, from a brand I trust. Activated/ methylated b vitamins.well balanced, strong without being ridiculously so.small tablet, easily swallowed. Feel better on them. Only improvement I can suggest is to make the B1, the thiamine the fat soluble version called benfotiamine. Perhaps that would have pushed the price up to much though ? Anyway the rest is perfect. I particularly like that tablet is the time release version for all day energy. Haven't come across anyone else doing that.

Been taking this daily for a while and noticed a more consistent energy level through the day, less of the usual afternoon dip. Sustained release seems to actually make a difference compared to regular B complex I've tried before. No jitters or nausea taking it with food. Would repurchase.
