Must have for breaking in shoes
These work wonders. Great pre treatment when breaking in boots and also have used one on inside of a shoe where material was rubbing away for instant comfort. Also used with a blister and can stay on a few days. Just DO NOT peel of as you will rip the skin and will be raw. Really does act like a second skin. A staple first aid must have

Tried cheaper brands but they didn't stay on as long because they were less adhesive. I wear them as a preventative measure on my little toes when power walking.
