Its size fits true. It offers excellent support. I would recommend to anyone with a need for support in that area. I have worn on hikes, regular walking and even resting.

I find this to be very valuable for my chronic Achilles tendonitis, and was recommended by my Podiatrist. It's easy to slip on, maybe just slightly tighter as it passes over the heel. The compression is good, not too tight, and I wear sandals with it- It would not be easy to wear shoes (like sneakers) when wearing this~ better to have on open-backed shoes. I find it to be good quality- I've actually had it over a year now. I machine wash on gentle/cold water and hang to air-dry.

Gives great support to ankle and especially Achilles

Terrible. This product looks like it was made for really tiny feet and bones. I wear a size 9 shoe and bought an XL. Fits so tight practically cuts off circulation to ankle and foot which makes things worse for a sprained ankle. Could have used detailed sizing information so could have bought correct size or not bought it at all if they couldn’t provide larger size/ longer brace. Very disappointing.

Tore my Achilles two years ago and this sleeve is the ONLY reason I’ve been able to get back into running and working out regularly without pain. I love the fit. Very snug and comfortable without cutting off circulation. I’m a shoe size 12 and purchased a large. I typically wear it with a compression sock underneath for added compression but it’s definitely not necessary. I’m just very paranoid about re-injury (personal problem). My favorite part of the sleeve is the padding. It allows me to move freely without being worried about hitting the area or being accidentally kicked (once again, very paranoid lol). Just beware, I would advise against machine washing. Overall, 10/10 highly recommend!

didn't work well for me, uncofortable to wear.

I have Achilles tendonitis and I am able to do martial arts without pain when I wear this brace. It doesn't cure it and jumping and running are still a problem but it helps alleviate the pain in all other movements. It is very durable - I have worn it twice a week, barefoot, for several months and there is no visible wear. I recommend it.

I’ve recently injured my Achilles and this has been the ONLY thing that helps. The supports are really helpful. I’m pretty gentle on them since I feel like I’m going to rip them out every time I slide this on. But so far over the last month or so they’ve held up. Best support I’ve found. It’s also a nice compression sleeve and ankle support, but I don’t really need those for my use case. It’s nice though. I’d love this more if it was a Velcro closed wrap instead of a slip on sleeve, but it isn’t, so I’m happy with this version.
