Does a phone in a case fit in the mount or do you first have to remove it from the case?

Hi, My phone is 4 1/4 " wide without the case and it fits fine. If you have a phone wider or bulkier than that, the holder probably won't work on your phone. But, as far as a phone holder, it's excellent. I have this phone holder on my Harley Road King and the phone is as stable as can be-really great. Bob

How do I order a replacement part? The stretchy rubber part broke.

I bought in Aug 2020. I put my phone on maybe once or twice a week. The first band broke yesterday. Bummed. Now i have to spend another 8 bucks for replacement bands. If this was brick and mortar i would get refund.

Will this fit 1.5”handlebars

Yes, it will fit 1.5” handlebars

Is rotation of phone to its horizontal position possible? (Shown being held only in the vertical position, but does the holder allow side rotation?)

Yes. The clips on the sides seem to hold it very securely, and may even be better in the horizontal position. The ONLY issue is that I cannot get all four corners of the band around all four corners of the phone because I have a case on it to protect it more from the weather. That being said, I put my phone, with the case, in the mount and jerked it around very hard and the phone didn't move a bit. I am not worried at all about putting it on the motorcycle.
