Are these shoes good for the river, where there are rocks?

Yes I was just at the river doing some kayaking got out and did a little hiking worked extremely well no complaints !

Are these shoes non marring for wearing on gelcoated boats?

I haven't checked that out, but from experience, I would not wear them on the boat simply because there is nothing stated that they are non-marring. I only want to clean the gelcoat once, as I did with a pair of black sole tennis shoes, and never again. They are, however, very comfortable and great for the beach. Much better than my last pair.

Does hiitave or shoes best buy have a customer service number or email? i can't find it anywhere and would like to resolve before posting review.
