What size should I get for my cat? He has a small head.

The ears will be the issue. Head should fit fine

Is child size bigger than toddler size?

No....fits just right for toddlers

Will the toddler Fit infant ??

Not it’s a little to big for an infant, I did find an awesome infant hat through Carhartt it was like the Elmer Fudd type hat Camo super warm and had the snow suit to match kind of expensive but the first Grandson so it was worth it
