I love this stuff! I genuinely notice a difference after a day or two-- particularly in my nails. I like to drink it as a hot chocolate and mix with almond milk. Sometimes will pour some frothed milk over top. And sometimes I mix PB powder too. Also good in smoothies. It takes quite a bit of stirring if you drink hot, but if you get a clump, I personally think it just tastes good, lol. It's fairly pricey, but the serving size does call for 4 TBSP-- I tend to half it for how I drink it so that I can get more use.

This is my first time trying any type of collagen powder. And the chocolate flavor sounded great to me to add to my coffee since I love mocha. The directions say to add 4 tablespoons to 8oz fluid but that seemed like A LOT so I added one tablespoon into my cup of coffee and it turned into a sludge at the bottom of my cup that did not dissolve. And, it made my coffee super sweet that I ended up dumbing the whole cup :( I tried making it with one heaping teaspoon of this powder and that was still barely drinkable. So I tried adding this to the plain Greek yogurt and sprinkled some granola on top and that was delicious. That'll be my go-to way to eat yogurt from now on. We'll see the effectiveness of it long term as I was hoping that this would repair my splitting fingernails.

I mix 4 tbsp of the product with 1 cup of unsweetened almond milk, and I packet of Splenda in a standing mixer and voila; best treat ever! I have been able to reduce my obscene consumption of B&J ice cream thanks to this, and have avoided loosing muscle mass during my weight loss. It is heaven, I drink at least 3 cups a day, to help supplement the protein on my diet. I need at least 100 grams a day and this gets me 20 with each drink for 90 + milk calories, it’s a great deal. I recommend it. I have them on subscription and have no regrets. Note: Do not get the “Advanced” version of this brand, that’s the horrible twin sister and you will be disappointed.

Hard to mix into my soy milk but I love this stuff. It’s saved me during a long bout of gastroparesis. The taste is yummy and I’m very happy with the protein and collagen content.

This was recommended to me and I love the Vital Protein. Only tried the chocolate one and they is no after taste. No more joint pain and my bones are not popping. Easy to mix and the smell is great. I’m 52 and my bones are saying Thank you.

Taste is great, does the job. Unfortunately, they reduced the quantity CONSIDERABLY and maintained the same cost.
