This Authentic Mountain Sidr Honey is thick and has great taste.I just wish the size was larger. I mix it with another product and it does the job well. It has a lot of health benefits for me and as I earlier said the texture is pretty thick.The price wasn’t bad considering the honey is not the easiest to obtain. Great health benefits and I will definitely purchase more.

Delicate light sweetness
I normally don’t eat honey, usually too sweet for me. In the last few months I have become really focused on my gut health. I believe the health of the rest of my body depends on its health. I also believe that this will help with inflammation. I started having a teaspoon a day and I just realized I don’t have as much gas as I usually have. That’s a good sign I’m sure, it’s not super sweet but a delicate and light sweetness. A lovely aroma. I tried it in my tea but it made it a tad sweet for me. I don’t add sweetener to my coffee or tea as a rule. I would recommend it.

Amazing Honey!
I love this product! I only use two brands and this one and Manuka has always helped me especially when I was on Chemo Now I take it prophylactically to keep my brain fog away and help with my immune system! If I could score it a ten, I would!!
