Great product, even better customer service
We have several products from Brio and they are all high quality and good use. I bought this for Christmas 2023 for my husband. There ended up being an issue with the battery compartment 10 months later (only 6-10 uses though). I sent an email to customer service and they took care of it immediately. The new one works perfectly. Based on how well the new one works, I can tell the old one probably had a short from the beginning that was just a matter of time really. Highly recommend this item and others in the Brio group!

Works well and as advertised. No pain and very safe. Cleaning is a bit odd but other than that its good

It’s an okay trimmer. Does an okay job. I’ve had cheaper ones do as good as or better of a job.

Awesomeness
I love it. I was hesitant to move away from my rotary only trimmer. I've been missing out on this wonder for far too many years. Did I mention that I love it?

Piece of crap. Broken upon opening package. Does not work.

Nice but did not last long at all
The thing crapped out after a few months. Started coming apart at the top. Would not turn on regardless of putting a new battery in.
