is the hook removable on this gaff? As in a screw-on?

This is the second one I have bought 3' and 6' not certain but I believe it is not removeable.. .considering putting the hook in my vise "padding with rubber" and closing the opening...not sure but the angle seems like the fish will get off to easily...love the product though.

what is the difference between the 3 foot and the 5 foot gaff?

Awesome buy!

Great gaff! Super strong and very durable. I didn’t like the tip so I ground it downs to a triangle cutting point. A little sharpening and it’s perfect!
