How do you use this product? Can you digest and topical usage?

Yes, absolutely, this product can be eaten, as is, or, you can put a level teaspoon, of it in hot water, or tea, and sip it. I, imagine you can use it topically-it does have antibacterial properties- although, as you know, because it's honey, it'll be a little messy. I usually eat it straight(about a small teaspoon), everyday, for it's anti-inflammatory effect. I have some arthritis, particularly in my thumb joints, and it helps reduce the inflammation. And, be aware that it does have some course black pepper in it, which helps to boost the effectiveness of the turmeric. I recommend it, if you're looking for an alternative to traditional ant-inflammatory medicines. (Also, a good immune system booster,as well!) Hope this helps.

Do you dehydrate the turmeric and ginger?

We only use freshly grounded organic turmeric powder and organic ginger powder.

What's the shelf life of this product?

Well, honey that was still edible was found in the tombs of the pharaohs centuries later, so I think the shelf life it pretty long on this product. For a definitive answer, I would check with the manufacturer!

Ginger and turmeric both counter free radicals. Ginger tea does work for my upset stomach. The combo in honey probably isn't enough to make much of a difference but this is some very tasty sweetener for tea, oatmeal etc. Nice little bit of a kick to it.

I Love this Honey!

I put this product in my smoothies. The only problem is that the jar is too small. This honey is so delicious, I have to control myself in order to make it last longer. It really adds a kick of wonderful to my smoothies and tea. You are missing out on a great taste adventure.

Miracle Bomb

I am waiting 3 months for a hip replacement (for a variety of reasons) and in the meantime, this product is like a miracle drug. I use it twice a day in ginger turmeric tea, with fresh lemon to mitigate the taste of the turmeric in the tea. It has significantly improved my mobility. I also feel better, and will probably continue to use it even after the hip replacement! It's worth a try!

Mess.

Very clumpy and does not dissolve in tea. Lemon ginger, that is. Disappointed.

Lots of ginger to help with all the health benefits. The taste is very strong but that's the property of ginger.
