Sleep & digestion aid
These non toxic Ayurveda tablets are amazing for sleep aid and digestive issues. I swear by them now. Sleep so much deeper and stomach feels flatter.

Difficult to swallow.
These tablets are quite large and powdery which makes them very difficult to swallow. I would like to know if there is an alternative. Unfortunately I am unable to take them.
