Great Audio mixer
Great little audio mixer. Able to control audio from PC and Mini disc player into audio setup.

Does exactly what it says, but attenuation is very high
Works exactly as described. I used this to combine a drum trigger module with my iPhone and it works perfectly well. However, the attenuation of the signal is very, very high and therefore too quiet to use with earphones or headphones. Rather than spend additional money an a headphone amp, I decided to return this and buy a battery powered mixer which does exactly the same thing, albeit for twice the price; but still significantly cheaper than buying a headphone amp in addition to this.

It does the job, but lows the volume
It significantly lowers the volume even with the max volume. For some audio and devices it is simply not audible. But most mp3 and other devices works okay with max volume.

Works perfectly but weakens the signal
It only works with the ground loop isolator plugged into the output and it weakens the audio signals but apart from that i can not fault it

Gets the job done!
As advertised. Built sturdy, doubt i could break it by accident. Knobs are nice and smooth, ports make nice connections. It is passive, so you'll lose some volume from your sources, so hopefully you can turn up your sources and/or output.

Neat deskboard design
Neat and functional no noncence little mixer. Some issues with the delivery but the dealer was very service minded and solved the problem quickly. Top notch!

Okay
Weak headphones require an amplifier, bit apart from that works well

Great but weak way to combine output from two different headphone sources
This was the only small, portable device like this that I could find so I bought it to combine the output from my iPad and my laptop so I can be viewing instructional videos on the iPad while doing the work they're talking about on my computer and can work right next to someone and they don't hear a thing. BUT (and it's a huge BUT) the sound is greatly diminished because it's a passive mixer (i.e. it doesn't have any power). The way the wiring has to be done to prevent the signal from one device from feeding into the other device requires resisters and capacitors which all contribute to reducing the volume. I solved that problem by purchasing a very small portable headphone amplifier with rechargeable batteries, the NeoTeck Headphone Amplifier. I take the combined output from this mixer and run it into the headphone amplifier and plug my earbuds into the headphone amplifier's output and I get great volume. The documentation for this headphone mixer does very clearly state that the signal is "attenuated" -- many people won't know that means "weakened" -- why they couldn't just say the output is very quiet is beyond me. But as they say, forewarned is forearmed. I am giving this 5 starts because it is very small, very convenient to move around and it does the job with a clean output signal that combines both inputs. And it has a level control for each input so that I can balance them to get the sound I want before it makes it to the headphone amp.
