Proper fit and function
This sensor fit perfectly and corrected the motor fault code on a front loading LG washer. The washer drum would jerk and stutter as though it was fighting itself, and would not get up to spin cycle speed. This replacement sensor was an easy and inexpensive fix.

Fixed LG Washer LE Code
I ordered this for my top loading LG WT1101CW washer. The motor was not spinning/agitating the drum and the LE error code displayed. Attempted resetting per the manual but, it kept shutting down and displaying the code. I did a web search and discovered this Hall/Position Sensor is the most common item to go out resulting in the LE code. I then watched several videos on how to replace this sensor. It seemed easy enough so I ordered it. It arrived the next day and I installed it in about 30 minutes. Fixed the problem and now washer is operating fine. Most videos were for front load machines, the procedure is the same for top load except you have to disconnect the hoses and lay it on it's back to access the drum from underneath. Great value when you compare to hiring a repair service. LG Tech's were $125 to come out and diagnose the problem, then add parts and labor. The warranty covers the motor and related parts including this sensor for ten years. However, it does not cover the labor costs to diagnose or install. Doing it yourself saves a lot of money. I hope this helps others that may find themselves in this situation.

Works great
The drum on our top load washer quit spinning and I found a video that said to replace this. It worked great and was very easy to replace. It was by far cheaper than buying a new washer lol. Just be care while removing the nuts, it can be sharp in areas and they can be pretty snug so wear gloves if you have them

Product works as described
After diagnosing, my Kenmore connect washing machine with the help of YouTube that was able to identify the part needed. I ordered it. It arrived overnight and I just installed it and my washing machine is back to functional. My wife would’ve preferred to buy a new one, but I’m the fixer in the house.

Fitted my LG WM3570H washing machine perfectly!
This product was shipped quickly, fitted my LG WM3570H perfectly, and resolved an LE error that was being displayed by the machine. I avoided a service call/technician that would have probably cost over a hundred $$. The most difficult part was getting the heavy machine out of the tray it sits in! There were plenty of installation videos online on how to replace the motor sensor, so installation was easy once the back of the machine was accessible. This product looked to be very similar to what I removed from the machine and both were marked 6501KW2002A.

Hall Sensor replacement - good!
Sears (LG) washing machine was giving LE error code. Thanks YouTube for walking me through the debug process. Ordered this part last night. Received it this afternoon. Got the washer put back together using the new Hall sensor and bingo! …we’re back up & running/washing. I can’t comment on the longevity of this part. But I’m taking the win for now. FWIW - I had to push on the snap-in clips to get them to securely engage. But the part fit in our machine without a problem. I recommend.

Fixed Kenmore Elite LE Error
My washer kept giving an LE error every time the washer got to a spin cycle. I tried unplugging it to reset it but that didn’t work. I thought the motor was bad or I’d have to have someone come out to fix. A few quick searches later and I saw a lot of folks solving the same issue with a new sensor. Since the price is low I decided it was worth a shot. After installing the new sensor my washing machine works like new and I’m happy it was such an easy fix. Note that you will have to remove the back panel and remove a few bolts and parts to get to the sensor. Lots of helpful videos online. It’s not hard just takes 20 minutes or so.

This was a life saver. This part fix my LG washing machine LE error. Very easy to install. My husband normally does the repair but I decided to give it a try. Took about 30 minutes easy. Other company was selling this part for over $200 but this gem did the trick. I would recommend.

Perfect. Got my LG washer working again. The hardest part was removing the large bolt. Was much easier when I got someone to hold the washer drum. Made tightening the loosening much easier.
