AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE for an already great product!! My husband and I are very happy with our purchases. The umbrella is compact enough when closed up to take along anywhere but also big enough when opened that an adult who doesn’t want their back soaking wet will be very happy! The umbrella is strong and opens and closes easily. They even give you tips on how to close it in order to prolong the life of the umbrella. The elastic strap is very practical both when using or just carrying. It’s hard to go back to an umbrella that keeps the wet side out when not in use - such a pain when traveling or commuting! It has a substantial weight but it’s not heavy or bulky, just right and doesn’t feel flimsy. I haven’t had any issues with wind and no leaks either. The best part was when I dropped the umbrella and a pic of it broke customer service was extremely helpful and got me a new one in just a couple days. You can’t beat that value when you know other companies simply don’t replace it. If you’re tired of cheap umbrellas that break easily or don’t offer enough protection, get this one! You won’t be disappointed!

I have a larger size of this umbrella so I was happy to find it in a compact size. It fits perfectly in my bookbag and opens wide and sturdy. It handles itself pretty well in the wind and does a great job of keeping me as dry as possible in moderate to severe rain. The material is sturdy and it comes in various pictures. I recommend it.

This seems like a great umbrella. I haven't used it yet, but just opening and closing it works perfectly. It's sturdier than the other umbrellas I've had which is wonderful! It's compact and nice looking.

Although it is a little larger than I had hoped, it is well made and works well.

This product is amazing. I use it in my car, and when it's raining, it's so easy to open and I don't get wet. It's a good size.

Keep dry and stay dry! I love that this umbrella is compact when closed but large enough to keep you fully dry when in use. Since it’s a reverse umbrella, you and your stuff can stay dry after closing it too. It’s easy to open and close, and it’s sturdy enough to withstand a decent amount of wind without flipping.

These umbrellas are excellent in strength and materials. Workmanship shows that it is meticulously assembled with the ease and comfort of the user. They stand up to strong winds and provide great protection. Highly recommended.

Great umbrella but even better customer service.

Feels sturdy, but is not heavy (I used to own a Newdora umbrella, but that was heavy) Handle strap is elastic, helps you hold the umbrella Good size, big enough for 2 people I have not tested in the wind yet Quite long, so I will keep this in my work backpack. It will not fit in my ‘going out’ handbag

Très bien...à l'air solide par rapport aux pliants traditionnels.
