It works great for designing yard layouts! 11x17 graph paper stays put and doesn’t fight you.

Love that it has 3 sides with clips. Only issue is that it's flimsy. It's not too flimsy to use. But if you leave it stored vertically (like leaning against the wall), the board will start to warp. But the options for 11x17 clip boards are limited and often very expensive. I'd rather deal with the flimsiness/storage issue to keep the 3 clips.

Plastic Foam Board Clipboard
I was expecting this clipboard to be stiffer. The board material itself is plastic foam. It’s light weight and a bit bendy. Not sure how it’s going to hold up over time or at a work site for which I purchased it. Overall, very handy for keeping 11x17’s from flying away in the wind or flipping about on the work site.
