Mielle Organics Pomegranate & Honey Curl Cream for Type 4 Hair, 12 oz

I absolutely love this curl defining cream. I use it on my Burmese half wig from Luvme and it is truly a ten out of ten product. It makes my curls bouncy, shiny, lightweight, and very well defined without feeling heavy or greasy. The texture is smooth and easy to work through the hair, and a little goes a long way. The scent is light and pleasant, which I really enjoy since I use it daily. It does a great job of controlling frizz while keeping curls soft and hydrated. I also use this cream on my son’s hair and it makes his curls look phenomenal every time. His hair stays moisturized, defined, and manageable throughout the day. This product works well for everyday use as well as special occasions. I am currently on my third or fourth bottle within a few months because I use it so regularly. The quality and results have been consistent each time I purchase it. I highly recommend this curl cream for anyone looking to enhance curls with shine, definition, and moisture. I usually don’t leave reviews, but this product genuinely surprised me. It smells amazing, holds my curls really well, and doesn’t leave any flaky white residue. It also gives my hair a beautiful shine without feeling heavy. Definitely worth trying!

First time trying the deep definition I mainly use the cream smooth to this brand, but this was Over all amazing after I shower and my hair was damp it just added it and right away I saw the curls had more volume and looked bounce gives that fresh look texture is oil (it’s not oil) more like a gel and it smells amazing

I was a little skeptical about trying a new curl jelly but wanted to try something that smelled fruity and was cheaper than what I currently used (Mizani) and figured I could try it once and then see. I am so glad I did! I only wash my curly hair every 7-8 days so I needed something that would allow me to layer on the product and not get any white flakes. This has worked great! It's a little less hold than I am used to but that's not a bad thing. My curls still feel defined and I am able to spritz some water on my hair and then add a little more jelly on days 3-7/8. Some people mentioned not liking the consistency but it didn't bother me at all. It's jelly/jello like but idk that that's a bad thing.

I got this and the leave-in as my first ever Mielle products. I love the scent of this, but am glad that it dries down to me very mild. The thing is that it seems Mielle products are meant to be used in conjunction with each other. That's fine with the leave-in because I can use other brand products with it. With this custard, I will have to see if it plays well with other leave-ins. I want to be able to use it when I might not have the Mielle leave-in. PROS: + This did help a lot with the shrinkage of freshly washed hair. It elongated the hair and that held up well as my hair dried. + The smell is REALLY nice. It's also good that the scent doesn't overwhelm or interfere with my perfumes. + The texture helped with applying the custard from root to tip without tugging at my fragile hair. + I did not have to use as much to refresh my hair (and elongate the curls); I just spray-dampened my hair with a mist of water and lightly applied the custard where needed. CONS: - I noticed that I had to use quite a bit on freshly washed hair. - After this dried, I was finger-styling my hair & noticed a lot of "snow-flaking" on my dark blouse. I could also feel it on my skin. It's not horrible, but... I like this a quite a lot. While I am undecided about buying more of the leave-in (because I have others), I will most definitely be getting more of this when needed.

This is my favorite hair product for my frizzy, pourous curly hair! I put it on when it's really wet, brush my hair and then put it up in a microfiber towel for 10 minutes and it gives me great curls! It doesn't dry crunchy, smells amazing and holds better than mousse or leave in conditioner. I'll add a tiny bit of gel to the ends of my curls on top of it.

This is the only product that works in my hair the way that I want it to . It has a firm hold and all my curls are formed correctly and there is no frizz . This product I recommend for anyone having trouble with their curls and their shape .

This has been one of the most disapointing products from this brand, it's conditioner and leave in re fine however it's styling products off amazon are some of the lowest quality i've seen, they don't define except for the mousse, they're hard to dry, and they barely do anything for you. If you want something that's actually going to define and hydrate your curls and or coils i'd suggest tgin products like the honey curls custard or their gels. This was probably one of the biggest wastes of cash ever.
