Was getting fair amount of elbow pain particularly associated with preacher curls. Fine at the time but then very dull ache for days. Tried these and no more issues. Very comfortable and snug fit. Great support. Well worth the money.

Good really good sleeves ,,they allow me to get that throw up of dumbells as ive been struggling with tendinitis in left elbow joint for some time now super compression, I went for large as I measured the circumference and it said I would be in large however I have thick forearms so a xl would of been better but im not sure how slack around elbow until I try some xl on however yhey completely help benchpress shoulder work and all around the elbow area, was struggling to throw my dumbells up before at 54 ive picked up some injurys over time these are helping alot

My current elbow sleeve of choice. Been using them for the past fortnight and they’re perfect. I suffer with tennis elbow and since using them it’s nearly gone. Sizing is snug as they’re supposed to be tight and they don’t slip when on. No noticeable restriction to full articulation of the elbow. Quality is top notch so I’ll be taking a close look at what other products they produce. Top value for money AAA+++

Definitely helped to reduce pain when training. The label inside sticks out and is irritating to the bicep when tucked in so will need cutting off. Nice sleek design, would recommend to anyone with tennis elbow or weight training elbow pain.

So poor the material is neoprene which would sweat so bad, the cuffs are advertised as 14” large size, they are only 12” so far to small , an other waste of time, there is no way there would expand to 14” , why put wrong sizes on items, waste of time for everyone.

Ive had these about a year. I wasnt sure if they helped when i first started using them but now i understand that the purpose of the elbow sleeves isnt to make you lift more, for me i feel that it keeps the joints safe and tight, making the lift more solid. Its not something i use every time.
