as you would expect from kilner this is well made, this comes with a plastic tap which I changed straight away cos it's rubbish, for the stainless steel version and it Doesn't leak and has very good flow providing you open the lid while using. I would recommend this with the stainless steel tap as soon as you can. The tap was easy to fit and the glass jar looks great especially when full of 8 Liters of Pimms.

This jar is fantastic and holds so much water I use it for cooking and love it It’s sturdy but has cracked on me twice I was very disappointed as they are not cheap

The glass work is just great, heavy, no imperfections. The stand is not good quality and the tap is just horrible plastic nasty tat. When paying this sort of money, you would expect quality components, but alas you get cheap, poor quality items that just spoil the whole thing. Just don’t buy this, get something from the pound shop.

This is a great drinks dispenser, I recommend the kilner drinks dispenser holder too which makes this look even nicer on your counter. The only annoying thing is that you have to unclip the lid to be able to pour drinks as otherwise there is some kind of vacuum and nothing comes out of the tap.. but it's a small detail.

Very impressed with this. Much better quality than I thought. It’s really solid and sturdy. At the same time it it glass so I imagine with the right force it would break. As it’s heavy, it is a pain to clean and empty out the last bit but I bought mainly for the material and the quality of it so that was always inevitable. Overall, I’m happy with this purchase.

Like these jars but this is the second 8l jar I have bought with a uneven base. The jar has an annoying rock to it , but i needed it straight away and I can't be bothered to send it back

I haven’t tried the kilner jar yet but it looks their usual great quality. I just wanted to say that the seller has obviously learned their lesson after numerous reviews from people whose jar arrived smashed. Mine was really well packed in yards of bubble wrap and it arrived early, so top marks for that. Update: no leaks from the tap, so far, so very happy with it.

It's a great product you can use it for daily use also adding some mint or lemon zest to your normal water.
