What country is the pink clay from? What is it's source?

It can come from all over the world. Clear Lee does not post the source, but since they are packaging/processing in the US, I would imagine the source would be the cheapest possible which would be Brazil. Other sources are on the European and Australian continents which is much more expensive to ship to US.

Does it dissolve in oils and wax? I want to use it for lip balm

It will emulsify, but not dissolve completely. I'm not sure I would use it in lip balm.

what is difference between pink and white kaolin clay?

Pink Kaolin clay is more hydrating than White Kaolin or Bentonite.
