good pole
this pole is definitely worth the money its feel really good and has a very good grip its lightweight but strong. The bend is really good when you have a big fish on it. so it definitely works good. i accidently broke the tip but since it came with another pole i was able to just take the top one off and put the other one on. they are really strong as well

Better than price point
I don’t normally write reviews but I want to acknowledge how well this was packaged and shipped. I usually buy higher end rods and was hesitant to buy this but the quality is was very solid for price point. AND HAS AN EXTRA TIP. Stiffness was great, I will be a repeat customer and all because st croix couldn’t get me a rod in time.

balanced nicely
arrived in tube in a box,,,,,, packaged very well... and was as described.... a real nice actioned pole.... reel is smooth and balanced nice.... and the combo is comfortable in the hand good purchase for the money

What a stick!!!
Great rod, great value, great performance. After hauling in a 12 lb bowfin I liked this rod so much I bought a second one. Paired it up with the Spartacus II spinning reel. Works better than my other high price combos.

Needed a stiffer rod.
Bought it for casting for wipers. So far it has become my favorite for them.

Great packaging
Very impressive they care about there products showed up in a very protective case just bought a similar length rod and reel from penn and just showed up in a scrappy box all beat up this was in a box an in a cylinder as the picture shows very sturdy will take it out soon to test looks great
