Perfect flour
High quality flour! Perfect for my breads, cookies and tortillas!! The reusable white slip broken off. I believe it was due to Amazon’s shipping and handling but the flour is PERFECT!! I will order again!

High quality Spelt flour
Well milled Spelt like this flour provides great baking results.This is a high protein flour by nature, less refined and the easily digested.In fact I would say energizing.Will purchase again.I only use WHITE Spelt .

Works for my gluten sensitivity
I was using a Food Nanny product (which is good, but hard to get) so I tried this and we love it. My son and I both do our best to avoid gluten since it doesn't agree with us and this flour works well for us. Just made some tasty pancakes today. Nice to know we are getting some better nutrients with this product!

Smoothness and flavor.
I liked the smoothness and flavor. But, one of the packages was slightly open with flour all over the box. Don't know why that occurred.
