A delightful way to get turmeric
I started drinking this tea because I was looking for an easy way to ingest turmeric. I took capsules, but they didn't seem to have an effect. This tea is light and calming, and I have enjoyed a cup every evening for three weeks now. My morning aches and pains have decreased dramatically. I'm not completely convinced yet, but hopeful. The jury is still out. But I will continue to enjoy my evening cup. I just wish there were more teabags in a box. Update 6/30/25: I have tried a different brand of this flavor because I could get a package with more tea bags. It was a mistake. I'm going back to these teabags, still wishing for a bigger box. Update 11/16/25: I am still drinking a cup of this tea every evening, and I no longer wake up in the morning with pain. I have no real proof that it's due to the tea, but I'm not going to stop drinking it.

Not very good
The tea is not very full and it’s pretty tasteless. Also o when we received the box it was broken and some was missing. Bought same brand and same box at sprouts and it tasted much better
