I am amazed at this product! I was having meno hot flushes throughout the day and pretty much hourly throughout the night. I have tried several natural products, magnetic bracelets etc and had given up hope. A friend of mine from Germany told me her doctor had recommended wild yam root cream for some minor meno symptoms and suggested I try it. I was sceptical to say the least and did not hold up much hope. Now, two and a half weeks on, I have no flushes during the day at all and at night I don’t flush either. If I wake up at all, I am just a little warm and certainly not radiating heat as before, My cooling blanket and silk pillow are not needed any more and I have chucked the magnetic bracelet away! I have just ordered my second jar of this so I don’t have to go without. The last one arrived pretty quickly and was well packaged. I like the smell, which is almost herbal. I have a reminder set twice a day on my phone and use a fingertip full once in the morning and once in the evening on my inner forearms. I know natural remedies don’t work for everyone, but I hope more people try this. I am thrilled!

I love this cream. Wild Yam is great for Hot Flashes. This cream absorbs quickly. Smells great. Very effective. Worth the price. Leaves my skin soft and smelling great. Has natural ingredients which I love. I use this daily. Just a pea size on both my wrists, bend of my arms or my chest area once or twice a day. It has been a life changer. A little goes a long ways. So this product will last for quite a while. I will definitely buy this Moonmade Wild Yam Cream again and again. I highly recommend this product.

I like it made me sweat. But it’s expensive to repeat as the content is too little.

It's too soon for me to tell if it makes a difference, but it smells beautiful and feels good on my skin. It is dense and obviously made with quality ingredients.

I love this cream and I do feel like it’s helped balance my hormones. I’m post menopausal but HRT isn’t something I can handle. It was hard for me to find a wild yam cream without anything I’m allergic to in it as I have multiple allergies. I have had no adverse react to any of the ingredients. I find the smell to be pleasant and it has high quality ingredients in it.
