Energy to spare
I was skeptical because of reviews. The taste is strong but once you get used to it it's ok. The energy it gives you is amazing.

Taste bad, mystery ingredients, made me sick
Product says it contains "vitamin B12" but doesn't say what form (is it cyanocobalamin, methocobalamin, other?). I need to know this because my wife has the MTHFR gene mutation and cyanocobalamin makes her sick. For a company that claims to be very transparent about their ingredients, this is unacceptable and honestly unprofessional. I was told to check the manufacturer's website, and I couldn't find an answer there either. They were meant to be a gift for her and she couldn't use them. So I tried them. The taste was surprisingly unpleasant, and I am usually very tolerant of sugar-free gummies, but these were just really nasty. They are also very gritty, which didn't surprise me given that creatine is gritty, but seems to defeat the purpose of having them in gummy form. The worst part is that after I tried them last night, I immediately felt sick. The next morning I still have indigestion and a sour stomach. Better to pay less and just drink creatine powder. I paid more and got mystery ingredients, gross taste, and a stomach ache.

I would say there is no reason for me to question quality or content. I just have to say they came from Amazon and were melted together. So now I cannot tell serving size and have to guesstimate by using a fork to scoop them out and apart. Taste is strong of pink lemonade. Yes I have pucker faced but water eases it down. Not a bad taste at all.
