This is the best stuff ever. My Andalusian mare lives in a dirt paddock as part of her herd. The ground gets wet in the winter, spring, and summer. I use this almost every day. It keeps the thrush at bay. Love this stuff and highly recommend.

I’ve been using Thrush Buster on my horses for several weeks now, and I’m genuinely impressed with how effective it is against thrush and hoof funk. What I love: • Starts working almost immediately • Dries quickly and penetrates deep into the hoof • Strong, effective formula that actually kills the bacteria • A little goes a long way, so the bottle lasts After just a few applications, I noticed a big reduction in odor, black discharge, and tenderness. The hooves look healthier, drier, and more solid. It’s especially helpful during wet or muddy seasons when thrush seems impossible to avoid. Why not 5 stars? The cap comes off way too easily. If it tips over in your tack room or truck, you’re risking a messy (and strong-smelling) spill. I ended up transferring it to a more secure bottle, which solved the issue—but it really shouldn’t be necessary. That said, the product itself is excellent. If you’re dealing with stubborn thrush or want a reliable preventative in your hoof-care routine, this stuff delivers. Just be mindful of the cap, and you’ll be very happy with the results. Would absolutely buy again—and recommend to any horse owner dealing with hoof issues. 🐴

I was suspicious of this. Having a long fight with thrush and winter snow conditions! Tried all the home remedies and quite a few store bought concoctions. Most have you clean the hoof and apply daily. I’ve done that for a week to 10 days and they just don’t work. This stuff is truly amazing - it works fast. Clean the hoof well and squirt this inside all around the frog and it’s good. Being suspicious at first I checked in a week and sure enough thrush is gone. One time applied and it is gone. Keep this in your barn and you just don’t need to worry. I have a farrier that comes every 8-10 weeks and so it’s nothing to do with negligence. It’s a small bottle but it last a long while. Doesn’t freeze so it keeps at my unheated barn elevation 6500 ft in eastern Colorado. I’m a fan. I can smell thrush when I hit the barn even before going into a stall and this stuff works. It is Thrush Buster. The local feed stores can not keep this is stock. Its reputation is spreading around.
