Can these be used with the original Eneloop charger (white)?

Mine seems to charge them just fine. BTW, these are MUCH better than the white batteries. They definitely last a lot longer.

Are these the same size as the standard eneloop batteries?

Well, in genral they are AA size and fit most devices that take AA batteries, BUT they are 2-4100th inch larger in diameter, and in some devices that larger dimension will prevent them the batteries or battery carrier to not fit into the device.  Suggest you try them for fit, and then keep or return.

Which is better, these or the Eneloop 4rd generation 16 Pack AA NiMH. I am using these for a LED head strap style light that I ALWAYS USE?

It greatly depends on how you plan on using the head strap light. I prefer using regular cells (or Eneloops) and have the Eneloop Pros as backups. That way i'm not replacing the Pros as often and they are there when i need them the most. The Pros do have longer run times, but they sacrifice cycles for the higher capacity.So if you absolutely need the longer runtimes the Pros will hold out longer, but you'll be having to replace the cells more often with the reduced cycle life. If you can get by with the regular Eneloops, i would opt for those instead otherwise if you need the extra run time go for the Pros.I got the best of both worlds and have both the regular and the Pros so i won't ever run out of power for an entire month or more! :)

For an xbox one controller would the Eneloop Pros be better over the standard ones?

No Not Really, The eneloop Pro is a Higher Capacity battery but it does not have the same recharge cycles. So They are really made for Very High Drain devices like a Camera Flash or Wireless Mics etc that need Max Capacity all of the time in a Raped fire Heavy use device. Your Xbox controller would be fine however bang for your buck you will find that the Standard eneloop 2100 cells will also work very well and offers more recharge cycles at a lower cost.
