F. Dick RED SPIRIT Chinese Cleaver Vegetable Chopping Chef Knife - Thick Spine

I used this to cut some FROZEN steak and it did the job well. Definately good as a cleaver and for most things in the kitchen. Looks a bit garish and the red tends to clash in a kitchen where most things match but my knives are always picked for performance over look. This sharpens well with a steel and then a ceramic rod.

Makes short work of chopping vegetables or meat.
