Poor Quality - Broke into two pieces
I’m extremely disappointed with the Lifelong scooter. It’s advertised as a durable, long-lasting product, but it completely failed within just 6 months of normal use — the scooter literally broke into two pieces. My child really enjoyed using it, which makes this even more frustrating. A product designed for kids should be sturdy and safe, but this one is clearly poorly built and unreliable. What makes the experience worse is that there is no proper way to claim the warranty. Despite the product failing within a short time, I couldn’t find any support or resolution process, which reflects very poorly on the brand’s customer service. Overall, this has been a bad experience. I would not recommend this scooter due to its poor quality and lack of after-sales support.
